Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the items are unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact; safely pack them in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address through our reliable courier partners within 2-3 business days.
Refund or Exchange
